07 / Why us

Built around a routine

One phone number

You talk to the same close-knit team each time, not a switchboard.

Maintenance comes standard

Pump-outs and restocking are part of every rental, week after week.

Adaptable timelines

Keep it for a weekend, a full month, or the entire length of your project.

Nearby crews

Our fleet operates out of Dallas, so we're always close to your location.

Punctual drop-offs

You receive a delivery window, and we stick to it.

Thoroughly cleaned units

Every restroom is scrubbed and disinfected before it leaves our lot.

09 / From the owner

Family-operated, not a chain

We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're family-run, so when something isn't right, we own it and take care of it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything shifts, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Common questions

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on location until you contact us for removal.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and sufficient space for wheelchair turning.

What should the placement area look like?

Flat, stable ground that a service truck can reach, free of low wires and positioned away from any active digging.
